For pattern orders only, there will be no shipping charge. Orders will be
shipped via the US Postal Service (First Class Mail) to customers in the US
and Canada. International orders will be shipped by US Postal Service
Airmail/Printed Materials.
Our kits, tools, and finished quilts will be shipped via UPS to all customers.
The shipping cost will be calculated during checkout, and you will be billed
the actual cost of shipping and no more.
Return Policy
For our copyright protection, all pattern sales are final .
If you are not happy with any purchase of a kit from Marlous Designs, please
return it within 30 days in its original condition for a full refund less shipping
charges.
Sales Tax
Marlous Designs is required to collect 7.25% sales tax on all sales shipped
to New York State addresses.
Payment
We accept Mastercard and Visa. We do not accept personal checks.
If you prefer not to use the internet to make purchases, you may use our
order form. In this case, please include a money order or certified check with
your order.
